Dinner Party Chef loves to use heirloom ingredients...  Seeing all what nature has to offer is so amazing and than being creative is the fun part. In short, "heirloom" is a designation for produce that hasn't been crossbred with any other varieties for several generations and hasn't been genetically modified. They usually have allot more flavor too. I love watching guest facial expressions after creating a culinary master piece using the freshest heirloom ingredients possible.
