Catering Chef - This week a client wanted Carbonara Pasta with Sea Scallops and roasted prosciutto. This is such a tasty dish with sea scallops. I make it with a really good Italian pasta, extra virgin olive oil, pecorino romano cheese, fresh garlic, basil leaves, egg yolks and red pepper flakes. How do you like to make it?
